Caviar Galilee sturgeon are raised in water from the melting snows of Mount Hermon. This pure water supplies the live sturgeon ponds naturally, runs back into the Jordan River, and ?nally back to the Sea of Galilee. The Galilee sturgeon farmed here produces 100% pure Osetra caviar and are raised as close to natural conditions as in the wilds of their native Caspian Sea.
Large grain pearls with dark blonde to gold color. Firm texture and a creamy ?nish similar to Beluga caviar.
